The client, a TOP MNC IT Giant, is in urgent need of a PeopleSoft CRM Architect with strong experience in PeopleSoft Applications and PeopleCode. They are seeking a PeopleSoft SME (Subject Matter Expert) with a preferred location of Chennai or Pune, working 5 days from the office. Colocation is considered nice to have but not mandatory. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience. As a PeopleSoft SME, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in PeopleSoft Applications, focusing on design, development, customization, and support. Your role will involve hands-on experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, and related tools. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and implement effective solutions will be a key aspect of the job. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a subject matter expert in PeopleSoft Applications, specializing in design, development, customization, and support. - Provide hands-on technical expertise in PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, and related tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and implement effective solutions. - Assist in system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning activities. - Support troubleshooting and provide timely resolution for production issues. - Participate in code reviews and mentor junior team members as needed. Required Qualifications: - 12+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development and implementation. - Strong technical knowledge in PeopleSoft Applications and PeopleCode. - Hands-on experience with PeopleTools, App Engine, SQR, and Integration Broker. - Proven experience in end-to-end PeopleSoft project lifecycles. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
