Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 2-6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle BI Publisher (standalone or integrated with ERP systems). Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSL, and RTF templates. Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Fusion Cloud, or PeopleSoft reporting. Familiarity with Oracle OTBI, Analytics Cloud (OAC), or OBIEE is an added advantage. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Knowledge of ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, HR, SCM, etc.). Exposure to migration projects from EBS to Oracle Cloud. Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP). Work with business teams to gather and analyze reporting requirements. Build and optimize data models, data sets, and XML data sources for BI Publisher reports. Develop RTF, Excel, PDF, and other template formats in BI Publisher. Integrate BI Publisher reports with Oracle ERP (EBS / Fusion / Cloud) or other enterprise applications. Ensure reports are aligned with business needs, performance standards, and compliance requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report generation, formatting, or data inconsistencies. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver end-to-end reporting solutions. Support report migration, performance tuning, and version upgrades. Career Level - IC2
