Key Skills & Experiences Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or international equivalent Experience 5+ years experience along with team handling in a management accounting or reporting position, preferably including hotel reporting and forecasting Technical Skills and Knowledge Experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various systems or databases. Proven track record of working with large data sets, identifying data quality issues, and applying validation rules. Familiarity with data governance, data accuracy, and reconciliation processes.
