Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, including the ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. • 5+ years of PeopleSoft FSCM Functional experience is required. • Experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 is required. • Experience in People Tools version 8.53 or higher is required. • Interpret requirements, perform highly complex analyses, and present options and recommendations to business teams. • PeopleSoft Query and or SQL knowledge to extract data for analysis. • Experience with supporting PeopleSoft FSCM modules, and focused R2R modules (GL, AM, VAT, etc) required. • Ability to work in a team environment consisting of technical and non-technical members. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership. • Impeccable written and verbal skills, including conducting/leading user meetings, conducting presentations, and advising the support and implementation team on Peoplesoft issues. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage small projects. • Create and maintain documentation and standards. • Proven track record of successful implementation of all project life cycle stages from requirements gathering through implementation and enhancements. • Possess extensive knowledge of application modeling principles, concepts, and techniques. 4+ years of experience in PeopleSoft FSCM Understanding of PeopleSoft Order Management, Billing, Project Costing and AR or AP, AM and GL Modules and should be able to handle the below. 1. Perform Fit/ Gap analysis and documentation. 2. Handle keep/drop analysis and document the results. 3. Impact analysis of compare reports. 4. Handling application security requirements. Technical knowledge of the below PeopleTools 1. Application Designer, PeopleCode 2. Application Engine, Component Interface 3. BI Publisher and PS Query 4. Integration Broker 5. Excel to CI, File Layouts 6. Experienced in working in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and corresponding latest PeopleTools like 8.58 and 8.59 has an added advantage Experienced working in PeopleSoft Implementation and/or Upgrade project Translating customer requirements into PeopleSoft functional design Performing troubleshooting and problem resolution of complex application and interface issues Good understanding of software development life cycle management Good Knowledge of PeopleSoft best practices.

System Configuration: • Configure PeopleSoft applications (HCM, FSC, etc.) to meet business needs. • Customize system settings, workflows, and security profiles. • Create and maintain system documentation Report Development: • Design, develop, and maintain complex reports using PeopleSoft Query and SQR. • Troubleshoot and resolve report issues. • Optimize report performance. Interface Development: • Design, develop, and test interfaces between PeopleSoft and other systems. • Utilize PeopleSoft Integration Broker (PIB) and other integration tools. Project Implementation: • Participate in project planning, design, and implementation phases. • Perform unit, integration, and system testing. • Provide support during go-live and post-implementation phases. Problem Resolution: • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues. • Provide timely support to end-users. • Identify and implement solutions to recurring problems.
