Job Description

Role & responsibilities Job Description He / She will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing changes to the PeopleSoft application suite. Required Skills • Strong understanding of PeopleSoft HCM and/or FSC modules. • Experience in PeopleSoft configuration, customization, and reporting. • Proficiency in PeopleSoft Query and SQR. • Experience with PeopleTools. • Knowledge of PeopleSoft Integration Broker (PIB) and other integration tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience with PeopleSoft implementations. • Knowledge of SQL and database concepts. Key Responsibilities: Functional Analysis: • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Identify and document functional gaps and propose solutions. • Conduct impact analysis for system changes and configuration. System Configuration: • Configure PeopleSoft applications (HCM, FSC, etc.) to meet business needs. • Customize system settings, workflows, and security profiles. • Create and maintain system documentation Report Development: • Design, develop, and maintain complex reports using PeopleSoft Query and SQR. • Troubleshoot and resolve report issues. • Optimize report performance. Interface Development: • Design, develop, and test interfaces between PeopleSoft and other systems. • Utilize PeopleSoft Integration Broker (PIB) and other integration tools. Project Implementation: • Participate in project planning, design, and implementation phases. • Perform unit, integration, and system testing. • Provide support during go-live and post-implementation phases. Problem Resolution: • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues. • Provide timely support to end-users. • Identify and implement solutions to recurring problems.
