Job Description

We are looking for a PeopleSoft HCM Developer to help build a feature that enables the automated uploads. Currently, details are uploaded manually. The goal is to streamline the process through a custom panel with validation and support for multiple-row entries per staff member. Scope of Work: Develop upload functionality for data entry in the Online Panel Ensure frontend validations and support for multiple rows Work on panel creation, testing, go-live support, and system stabilization Provide detailed documentation and participate in UAT and client reviews Collaborate with technical team and project stakeholders for smooth delivery Required Skills: 6+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development Expert in PeopleTools , PeopleCode , Application Designer , and SQR Advanced knowledge of SQL and performance-tuned queries Strong understanding of Payroll modules and related business processes Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong documentation and testing skills (Tech Specs, UAT, Test Scripts) Good interpersonal communication and stakeholder coordination skills Show more Show less
