As an Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist at JLL Marketplace in Gurugram, India, you will play a crucial role in the Finance Operations team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the collection activities for the accounts receivable portfolio. This includes ensuring timely and accurate collections of open account receivables by following up on aged invoices. To excel in this role, you must have prior experience in a fast-paced environment handling high volume collections. You should possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with both customers and the Accounting/Finance team on a daily basis. Confidence in your collection abilities is essential to thrive in this position. Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with the JLL Marketplace Senior Accountant to provide updates on collections, responding to cash application queries from the Accounts Receivable team, and assisting clients and the Finance team with any accounts receivable issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting client requests for reissuing JLL Marketplace invoices. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in collections and a demonstrated ability to communicate invoice requirements effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Peoplesoft 9.2 is crucial for this position. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, work under pressure, and prioritize workload efficiently are also key attributes we are looking for.
