Key Responsibilities : Perform end-to-end testing for various Kronos applications including: Kronos Timekeeping and Activity Management Device (Clock) Management Admin (Setup) functions WIM or Boomi Integration People Editor Payroll and Scheduling Applications Develop, execute, and maintain manual test cases and test plans to ensure the application functionality meets business requirements. Troubleshoot and report defects in the system and collaborate with development teams for timely resolutions. Ensure that Kronos systems and integrated applications are functioning optimally across various modules. Required Skills : 5+ years of experience in Manual Testing for enterprise applications. Hands-on experience in testing Kronos Timekeeping , Activity Management , Device Management , and Scheduling Applications . Experience with WIM and Boomi Integration . Strong understanding of Payroll systems and how they integrate with other applications. Familiarity with People Editor and related features. Preferred Skills : Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
