A Graduate or Postgraduate in Food Technology / Dairy Technology / Science with Min. 10 years experience in Quality Assurance and Food Safety management systems implementation in Food manufacturing industry. 2. Should be trained for any GFSI certification scheme, preferably passed LAC and have sound knowledge in implementation and maintenance of Food Safety Management systems and QMS. 3. Should have sound knowledge of USFDA regulations and Thermal processing authorization.
