Job Description

Role Overview: As a key member of the People Data & Insights team, you will lead the design and evolution of the workforce data model and Master Data Management (MDM) architecture. Your role as the product owner for cloud-based People data solutions will involve seamlessly integrating people-related data into a single, reliable source for fast insight generation. Your work will empower teams across the organization to make smarter, faster decisions using robust reporting, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence. Key Responsibilities: - Architect the Future of People Data: Take the lead in designing, implementing, and evolving the people data model architecture, ensuring seamless integration of all workforce data into a reliable source for decision-makers. - Pioneer Master Data Management: Own the design of master data management (MDM) architecture for people data, collaborating with key partners to develop guidelines and methodologies for organizational excellence. - Lead Data Integration & Innovation: Develop and deliver a roadmap for data collection and integration across the People Function to unite diverse data sources into a robust system. - Take Ownership: Serve as the product owner for the people data model and cloud-based solution, setting priorities, delivering enhancements, and resolving challenges. - Drive Collaborative Partnerships: Partner with various teams to craft the strategic vision for people data architecture and co-create high-impact data solutions. - Steer Data Strategy & Governance: Set standards for people data assets, ensuring robust governance and standards across the data landscape. - Explore & Innovate: Monitor trends in data architecture, AI, and HR technology to guide the adoption of new techniques and tools. - Safeguard Security & Compliance: Ensure data privacy and security align with regulations and standards. - Champion Data Quality: Collaborate to ensure high data quality standards within the cloud-based data solution. - Lead Change & Encourage Communication: Drive successful adoption of data architecture projects and keep stakeholders informed of progress. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated experience in delivering business impact through data problem-solving. - Extensive experience in data architecture or data modeling, with a focus on HR, workforce, or people data. - Expertise in cloud-based data solutions, ETL processes, and data visualization platforms. - Understanding of HR data domains, data governance frameworks, and stakeholder management. - Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling tools. - DCAM or equivalent certification desirable. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,
