People Analytics Team Lead

Role Overview: You will be leading the people analytics team's daily activities and driving the roadmap for systems and analytics to ensure strategic alignment and impact. Your role will involve providing operational leadership, promoting cross-functional collaboration, and serving as the central liaison for all people analytics initiatives. You will also interface with global HRIS and governance teams.
