Role Overview: You will be a part of the Consumer, Private and Business Banking (CPBB) TTO at Standard Chartered, where the focus is on accelerating the transformation of agile banking services using DevOps and Agile practices. As a Mobile Web Developer, your main responsibility will be developing user-centric web and mobile-based digital banking applications for internal Bank staff and external Bank customers globally. You will work with a team of highly skilled engineers on platforms like ReactJS, EmberJS, Flutter, and native mobile (iOS/Android) in modern software development environments. Key Responsibilities: - Focus on product development and work with your squad to deliver end-to-end solutions for the Banks" digital channels - Analyze and improve the digital channel platform from both technical and user experience perspectives - Keep updated with the latest software technologies and share knowledge with your team - Develop new generation Digital Banking solutions to enhance user experience - Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum teams to deliver user-centric solutions - Promote adoption of Agile and modern software engineering practices - Co-ordinate with development/interfacing teams to create a delivery pipeline across multiple streams - Ensure risks, issues, and schedules are managed following agile principles - Collaborate with core DevOps and Testing teams to enhance a continuous delivery pipeline - Adapt to changes in priorities and requirements Qualifications Required: - BS or MS in Computer Sciences or Software Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within an international technology organization - Proficiency in iOS, Android, Flutter development - Prior experience in Swift, iOS, Crashlytics - Hands-on experience with developing web applications using ReactJS and Typescript - Strong experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) - Knowledge of API integration, TDD, and pair programming - Proficient in DevOps practices and tools - Good written and verbal communication skills in English - Familiarity with other programming languages such as Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Python, Rust, Ruby, or Java About Standard Chartered: Standard Chartered is an international bank that has been making a positive impact for over 170 years.
