About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for US-based positions across multiple domains 2. Work closely with US hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and candidate expectations 3. Source potential candidates using various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and databases 4. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' communication skills, technical qualifications, and cultural fit 5. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers 6. Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding as required 7. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings 8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) 9. Provide timely updates and feedback to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field 2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (experience in US staffing is a strong plus) 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients 5. Familiarity with job boards like Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. 6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements simultaneously 7. Willingness to work US business hours (Eastern or Pacific Time) 8. Strong organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: 1. Prior experience working in a remote or virtual environment 2. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) 3.
