Quantity Surveyors Key Responsibilities: 1. *Quantity Take-offs*: Measure and calculate materials, labor, and equipment needed for construction projects. 2. *Cost Estimation*: Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and plant costs. 3. *Tendering BOQ*: Assist in preparing bills of quantities (BOQ) for tendering. 4. *Cost Control*: Track project costs, identify potential cost overruns, and recommend mitigation measures. 6. *Collaboration*: Work closely with Site Team, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project material delivery within budget through Indent Processing. 7. Good Knowledge of MS Office & AutoCAD.
