Your focus on enhancing user experience through intuitive PEGA user interfaces and implementing PEGA Mobility solutions for mobile access and functionality will be crucial. Managing PEGA Case Management processes and utilizing PEGA Decision Hub to develop decision strategies are key aspects of this role. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, conducting code reviews, staying updated with the latest PEGA technologies, and mentoring junior developers are also part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should possess a strong background in PEGA technologies, including PEGA Upgrade, PEGA Frameworks, Pega Reporting, Pega Platform, Pega Application Development, Pega Data and Integration, Pega User Experience, Pega Mobility, Pega Case Management, and PEGA Decision Hub. Experience in Charles River, Advent Geneva, Eagle Asset & Wealth Management is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration abilities are essential. You should be comfortable working in a hybrid work model and demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies. Holding a relevant certification in PEGA technologies such as Certified Pega System Architect (CSA) or Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) is required for this role.,
