Job Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Pega solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

Leverage Pega Decisioning tools (Pega Customer Decision Hub) to define and implement decision strategies for customer engagement, marketing, and service optimization.

Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Pega solutions.

Drive the architecture of Pega applications with a focus on decision management and business rules.

Mentor and guide junior Pega developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and Pega guidelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Business Analysts, Product Owners) to ensure successful delivery of Pega solutions.
