Pega Developer

You are a skilled and certified Pega Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Pega application development. Holding both CSA (Certified System Architect) and CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certifications, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency. Working on PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander) components, including flow rules, flow actions, harness rules, and activities, you will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Translating business requirements into technical specifications, you will design and develop application architecture while ensuring best practices in Pega architecture and system design are followed. Your key responsibilities will include developing reusable components, integrating with other applications, performing unit testing, integration testing, and supporting user acceptance testing. You will also be required to debug and resolve technical issues, work closely with other developers, system architects, and IT support teams, and provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers. To qualify for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field along with the required Pega certifications. A strong understanding of Pega PRPC architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features is essential.
