As an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst at our company, your role involves establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your primary objective will be to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to complex design projects with expert knowledge in Pega8/Pega24 - Manage technical implementation tasks to ensure timely delivery - Utilize Pega8/Pega24 architecture, security model, and service interfaces for effective software solutions - Ensure systems are built for change, reusable, and maintainable - Provide development support and design consultation - Troubleshoot technical issues during the project life cycle - Monitor, tune, and optimize performance - Collaborate with Production Support and Development Teams for end-user support and defect resolution - Interact with partner teams for end-to-end solutions Qualifications: - Possess CSSA or PEGA LSA certification - Familiarity with Pega Smart Investigate/Customer Service/Dispute frameworks - 4-6 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role, related to Pega - Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications - Experience in managing and implementing successful projects - Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development - Ability to adjust priorities quickly - Demonstrated leadership and project management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills Education: - Bachelor of Engineering/Master of Engineering/Master of Computer Applications If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use our search tools and/or apply for a career opportunity, please review Accessibility at Citi.
