The role requires excellent leadership skills to successfully manage end-to-end delivery of Pega PRPC-based solutions and projects. Responsibilities:Design and implement Pega PRPC Enterprise class structure and solutions.Lead the architecture and design of Pega PRPC applications.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Pega solutions.Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Pega-based projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.Review and improve existing Pega systems and solutions.Ensure the Pega solutions meet quality standards and are scalable, reusable, and efficient. Required Skills:Strong knowledge and expertise in Pega PRPC concepts and rule types.Proven experience in designing and implementing Pega PRPC Enterprise class structure.Ability to manage and lead end-to-end Pega solution delivery.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Experience with Agile methodologies.
