Pega Decisioning Architect Lead

Role Overview: As a Pega Lead Decisioning Architect, you will be responsible for providing consultancy and guidance to the application team on recommended and optimal solutions related to decisioning. You will also review NBAD migration, advise on 1:1 operation model & BOE system setup, share best practices, and provide solutions for performance issues. Key Responsibilities: - Provide consultancy and guide the application team for recommended and optimal solution related to decisioning. - Provide consultancy and review NBAD migration including context setting. - Review to advise on 1:1 operation model & BOE system setup is required. - Provide recommendation/ Share best practices based on existing Pega decision making to ensure compatibility and performance. - Provide consultancy and review on Parallel run and Cutover support by Channels. - Review performance issues and provide solutions and guide the team to implement the solutions. Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in Pega Decisioning. - Pega Lead Decisioning Architect Certification (CLDA). - Banking Domain Knowledge and NBAD Migration experience. - Experience in Pega Infinity version and latest Pega features is a plus.,
