As an experienced professional with 8-9 years of experience, you will be utilizing your deep technical knowledge to lead projects focused on designing, developing, and optimizing business processes across the Pega platform. Your responsibilities will include identifying, developing, and documenting repeatable design and implementation methodologies based on functional requirements using Pega. It will be essential for you to define, develop, document, and maintain governance for the use of Pega while staying well-versed with Pega concepts and the technology roadmap. Working in a cross-functional team environment, you will collaborate to ensure that corporate-wide settings and configurations align with business requirements. You will be expected to propose alternatives to custom solutions by leveraging Pega's out-of-the-box solutions effectively. Additionally, you will be creating user acceptance testing and performance testing plans to validate and support customizations, features, and functionalities. Your role will also involve reviewing Pega designs for existing and new applications to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to design guidelines. Conducting code reviews for Pega solutions and functionality will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Participation in proof of concept or proof-of-value activities with CoE architects may be required, along with maintaining communication with product vendors for bug fixes and updates. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or possess equivalent professional experience. It is required to have a Pega Senior Systems Architect Certification and at least 5 years of experience in Pega implementations and designing Pega apps. Deep understanding of Pega, including experience with Pega version 7.x/8.x platforms, is essential. Proficiency with process methodology, development methodologies (Agile, SDLC, Iterative), and full Pega implementation cycles is strongly preferred. Enforcing best practices in PEGA architecture, design, and coding, as well as having experience in full lifecycle delivery of complex systems, are important qualifications for this role. The successful candidate will be a confident problem solver and communicator with strong attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, adapt to new information, shift timelines, reassess processes, and collaborate with IT staff and non-IT functional areas is crucial. Experience with high-volume, mission-critical applications and working in cloud environments like Pega Cloud, AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is desired. A CSSA certified Pega Resource will be an added advantage for this position.,
