As a Learning Outcome Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing impactful and outcome-driven learning experiences. Your key responsibilities will include: - Serving as an academic counsellor to align with students" learning goals and pedagogical intent in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Delivering engaging teaching experiences that cover foundational concepts, practical applications, and outcome-oriented education for diverse student groups and courses. - Establishing processes and implementing innovative strategies for creating and utilizing technical content tailored for various stakeholders such as students, instructors, mentors, and teaching assistants. To excel in this role, ideal candidates should have experience in ed-tech or academia and possess a strong passion for reimagining the delivery of education. Additionally, prior experience in a similar role at an ed-tech company or academic institution would be considered a bonus. A demonstrated passion for revolutionizing teaching methodologies and challenging traditional education frameworks is also highly preferred.,
