Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, based in Lucknow with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and providing sales reports. The role also involves coordinating with marketing and production teams to ensure alignment with sales goals. Qualifications Sales strategy development, sales team management, and target achievement skills Experience in client relationship management and business development Strong analytical skills and ability to generate sales reports Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the food and beverages industry is a plus
