Problem Resolution: · Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently. · Identify and resolve issues or escalate as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction Sales Support: · Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed. · Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory. Collaboration and Communication: · Work with internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. · Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs Qualification: · Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Math, Marketing, or related field. · Proven work experience as a Customer Relationship,Sales Account or a relevant role. · Solid experience with MS Office (PowerPoint &MS Excel). · Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs. · Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
