Estimation & Costing Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for structural and civil works based on drawings, technical specifications, and site visits. Monitor project budgets and forecast costs at various stages of project execution. Provide input for project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control. Qualifications & Skills Education Bachelor’s degree in civil/ Structural Engineering (B.E./ B. Tech) from a reputed institute. M. Tech in Structural Engineering (Preferred but not mandatory). Experience 3–8 years of experience in structural engineering with at least 4–5 years in estimation and costing of industrial/ warehouse projects. Proven experience in pre-engineered buildings (PEB), RCC foundations, and heavy civil works related to warehousing. Technical Skills Proficiency in structural design software like STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, Revit (optional). Expertise in MS Excel (advanced) Familiar with Indian Standard Codes (IS), CPWD/ DSR rates, and local material and labour pricing. Soft Skills Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and report-writing abilities. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
