We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable cafe staff to join our team. As a team member, you will handle food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness, and contribute to a positive and energetic environment. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately Provide product recommendations and answer menu-related questions Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally Food & Beverage Preparation: Assist in preparing and serving meals like pav bhaji, fries, snacks, and beverages Maintain high hygiene and safety standards during preparation Monitor stock and alert management when inventory is low Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep dining and kitchen areas clean and organized Follow sanitation and cleaning protocols throughout the shift Dispose of waste properly and manage dishwashing when needed Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with other team members during rush hours Follow the instructions from the supervisors and the support team on tasks Attend regular staff meetings and training sessions Requirements: Previous experience in a cafe or food service is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards Positive attitude and customer-first mindset Benefits: Staff meals and beverages Incentives and Overtime Pay Training and development opportunities Friendly and supportive work environment Opportunities for career growth within the cafe
