Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive US Federal at Peace Haven Corp in Tiruchirappalli. The role involves tasks such as new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. Qualifications New Business Development and Lead Generation skills Strong Business and Communication skills Account Management expertise Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to work collaboratively and independently Experience in federal government sales is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Responsibilities: 1. Proficient experience in project management, operations, analytic outreach, systems engineering, and business development. 2. Preferred experience in Federal Business Development, Capture and Proposal Management with proven track record in pursuing and capturing new business by building and leveraging relationships, developing effective teaming, win strategies, and writing winning proposals. 3. Expertise in leveraging client relationships, market knowledge, and government acquisition best practices to position companies for long-term initiatives that improve overall financial performance. 4. Capability of leading internal stakeholders focused on execution and growth and build and sustain customer intimacy at the highest levels. 5. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills able to effectively communicate across diverse audiences and influence cross functionality. 6. To demonstrate the understanding of all aspects of the Federal acquisition process, ability to successfully interpret and respond to competitive RFPs. 7. To demonstrate success managing/mentoring/guiding team. Adept at providing guidance to direct reports/team members to resolve problems and overcome obstacles. 8. To track the record of being innovate, while assessing risks, and making decisions that will further company in achieving or exceeding goals. 9. To demonstrate the ability to lead diverse teams, create inclusive work environments, and work effectively within a culturally diverse environment.
