Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Policy Servicing Executive where you will play a crucial role in managing insurance policies and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage and process insurance policy servicing requests with precision and attention to detail. Ensure timely and accurate handling of policy changes and endorsements to maintain customer satisfaction. Utilize MS Office tools to efficiently document and track policy servicing activities. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address inquiries and provide solutions. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve service delivery. Analyze policy details to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Maintain comprehensive records of policy servicing activities for audit and compliance purposes. Provide insights and feedback to improve policy servicing procedures and enhance customer experience. Stay updated with industry trends and insurance product knowledge to offer informed advice. Support the team in achieving performance targets and meeting service level agreements. Demonstrate proficiency in English language skills to effectively communicate and document information. Adapt to night shift work schedule to ensure seamless policy servicing operations. Contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-quality service that positively impacts society. Qualifications Possess strong English language skills for effective communication and documentation. Have a foundational understanding of insurance products and policy servicing processes. Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications for efficient task management. Experience in handling changes and endorsements is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve policy discrepancies. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Certifications Required Certification in Insurance Fundamentals or equivalent is preferred.
