Required Qualifications Bachelors in Commerce/MBA Qualified Chartered Accountant/ ACCA / CPA 2-4 years of relevant experience working in an accounting and audit related field Strong technical skills in accounting including IFRS or GAAP and GAAS Strong multi-tasking and project management skills Excellent verbal and written communication (English) as the position requires frequent communications with RSM International clients and the United States based engagement teams Preferred Qualifications Experience in Private Equity industry preferred Strong Data Analytical skills including advanced Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables, and basic formulas), Word and PowerPoint
