The team, comprising top consulting, industry, and technology experts with deep expertise in Private Equity, works closely with Operating Partner teams, playing a pivotal advisory role throughout the technology value creation chain. Your role involves leading Technology M&A activities, including conducting in-depth technical assessments of potential acquisition targets, aligning technology strategies with strategic goals, planning and executing technology integration, evaluating third-party vendors and tools, mitigating technical risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with M&A strategies and financial objectives. You will also oversee post-merger technology integration, manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and drive continuous improvement through staying informed on market trends and emerging technologies. To be successful in this role, you must have experience in large-cap PE houses, consulting or advisory roles, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and at least 8 years of experience in technology-driven M&A activities. Additionally, you should possess a deep understanding of technology stacks, SDLC, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, strong project management skills, experience working in cross-functional teams, and excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
