Epergne Solutions is seeking Engineers/Sr. Engineers with 4-9 years of experience to join their team in Mysore/Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have expert-level proficiency in Creo modules such as 3D Modelling, Detailing, Assembly, and Sheetmetal. Additionally, experience in creating Family Tables, managing large Assemblies & Configurations, and working with MBD is required. Candidates should possess hands-on experience in SolidWorks and a strong background in designing plastics and sheet metal parts. Knowledge of manufacturing processes including metal punching, bending, roll forming, deep drawing, and injection molding is essential. Proficiency in GD&T and manufacturing drawing creation is a must. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of CAD packages like Pro/E or SolidWorks, with skills in solid and surface modeling, detailing, and exposure to PDM/PLM systems such as Windchill. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are necessary for effective collaboration within the team. Responsibilities include understanding technical requirements, executing CAD projects in Creo & SolidWorks, project estimation & planning, reviewing deliverables, and driving all aspects of the project to ensure team members meet specified timelines and quality standards.
