You will be joining a dynamic team at Vecmocon, an IIT Delhi-incubated deep-tech EV startup, as a skilled and motivated Production Engineer specializing in Electric Vehicles (EVs). Your primary responsibilities will include supervising manufacturing processes to ensure safe and efficient production, diagnosing and resolving production line issues, setting and achieving production efficiency targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will be analyzing production data, troubleshooting issues, creating production documentation, and ensuring product quality meets specifications. As a qualified candidate, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, along with 4-6 years of experience in manufacturing engineering roles within the automotive or electronics industries. Specific experience in electric vehicle production is highly preferred. You should also be familiar with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process optimization techniques. Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
