Inspection Coordination: The PDI Incharge is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the pre-delivery inspection process. This involves working with the production or assembly team to schedule inspections and ensuring that they are conducted in a timely manner.

Quality Control: They need to enforce strict quality control measures during the inspection process. This includes checking for defects, damages, and ensuring that all components are properly installed and functioning as intended.

Documentation: Keeping accurate records of the inspection results is crucial. The PDI Incharge must document any issues or non-conformities found during the inspection and report them to the relevant departments for resolution.

Communication: Effective communication is essential in this role. The PDI Incharge needs to liaise with various teams, such as production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure a smooth inspection and delivery process.

Training and Supervision: They may be responsible for training and supervising the inspection team. Ensuring that the team members are well-trained and understand the inspection procedures is vital for maintaining consistency and quality.

Problem-solving: In case of any issues or delays in the inspection process, the PDI Incharge must proactively identify problems and find appropriate solutions to keep the process on track.

Safety Compliance: Ensuring safety protocols are followed during the inspection process to protect both the product and the inspection team is critical.

Customer Satisfaction: Ultimately, the goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering products that meet or exceed the expected quality standards. The PDI Incharge plays a vital role in achieving this goal.

Continuous Improvement: They should actively participate in process improvement initiatives, identifying areas where the inspection process can be optimized and streamlined.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
