Python Lead Required Skills & Experience: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related field 8.5+ years of experience Python development. Strong understanding of Python programming concepts, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms. Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Proficiency in writing unit tests and integration tests. Experience with API development and documentation tools (e.g., Axway, Swagger/OpenAPI). Experience with secure configuration management tools (e.g., Conjur, CyberArk Privileged Access Security). Experience with Python libraries for PDF manipulation (e.g., PyPDF2, ReportLab, pikepdf). Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience leading a team of developers. Experience with Project Management tools Preferred Qualifications: Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
