You will be joining Manipal Digital as a Prepress Executive, where your primary responsibility will involve managing the entire artwork processing workflow, starting from the initial concept development to the creation of print-ready files. This role will require you to be detail-oriented and skilled in handling tasks such as artwork processing, color separation, trapping, and preparing print-ready files. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing artwork design, conducting pre-flight checks, and making modifications based on project requirements. As a Prepress Executive, you will need to create print-ready PDF files that adhere to technical parameters like font usage, image mode, layout, bleed, overprint settings, and trapping. Furthermore, you will be required to prepare EPS/PDF files for block (foil and emboss) and keyline as necessary for specific production needs. You will also play a crucial role in developing new artwork concepts, ensuring they meet both creative and technical standards, and making modifications based on customer instructions and process guidelines. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure the timely delivery and quality of final outputs. The ideal candidate for this position should have a graduate or undergraduate degree with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in the prepress and printing industry, especially within folding cartons, flexible packaging, labels, rigid boxes, gift packs, blister packs, corrugated cartons, or shrink sleeves. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Esko software is necessary. A strong understanding of various printing processes such as Litho offset, Flexography, Gravure, and Digital printing will also be beneficial for this role.,
