As a Patent Proofreader Quality Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to conduct quality checks on proofread US Issued Patents and US Patent Applications, as well as COC prepared, PTA, and Expiry Calculation done by associates. As a Document Management professional, you will be responsible for receiving, registering, scanning, distributing, and archiving all incoming and outgoing documents such as reports, letters, MOMs, etc. You will play a crucial role in maintaining an accurate and up-to-date document control system, both physical and electronic, while ensuring proper document distribution logs are in place.
