Support the Trade Fairs team in stall planning, exhibitor directory compilation, and coordination with domestic/international trade bodies and associations. Monitor and report on key metrics including PDCA cycles, risk assessment, health & safety compliance, and periodic review audits. Ensure adherence to IMS (Integrated Management System) guidelines and manage internal/external audits. Qualifications: Graduate degree required; MBA preferred. Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in operations for exhibitions/trade fairs/events. Key Skills & Competencies: Proven track record in managing large-scale exhibitions and event operations. Strong leadership with a collaborative and motivational style. High emotional intelligence with strong sense of ownership and accountability. Excellent project management and vendor coordination skills.
