Responsible for drafting NCE patents, including patents related to methods of use, formulations, salts, polymorphs, and other inventions arising during the course of drug development. Also responsible for analyzing patentability, freedom to operate, and conducting patent landscape analysis. Responsible for patent drafting and filing in India, PCT and abroad. Maintain patent docket and tracking deadlines. Preferred candidate profile M.Sc. (General / Organic) Chemistry & Diploma in Patent Law with 3 - 8 years experience.
