Our team is looking for a data-driven analyst who is passionate about transforming complex information into actionable insights—especially in the context of sustainability and commercial performance. As part of our Sales organization, you will support the team by delivering sustainability-linked sales reporting , managing budget tracking , and helping shape how we use data to drive strategic decisions. This role is not focused on pure ESG reporting—instead, you'll help connect sales data, budget metrics, and sustainability to unlock value and inform business action. You'll work with tools like Excel, Anaplan, Qlik, Power BI, and emerging AI platforms to make this happen. Key Responsibilities: Experience range - 8 to 12 Yrs. Design, maintain, and improve sales sustainability dashboards and reporting frameworks using Excel, Power BI, Qlik, and Anaplan. Track and manage the team’s sales budget and resource allocations , ensuring accurate forecasting, spend monitoring, and variance analysis. Support data-driven decision-making by combining commercial KPIs with sustainability-aligned metrics. Leverage AI tools and automation to optimize reporting workflows and uncover hidden insights. Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across platforms; reconcile discrepancies and validate inputs. Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Finance, and Sustainability to align on metrics, reporting needs, and insights. Monitor key ESG-related trends and frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, CSRD) that may influence data expectations or market priorities. Contribute to storytelling efforts—turning numbers into narratives that support internal and external communication. What We’re Looking For: Must-Have: Strong skills in Excel , Power BI , Qlik , and/or Anaplan Demonstrated experience in budget tracking and financial data analysis Understanding of sustainable finance and its role in commercial decision-making Proficiency to be working with visual and presentation tools (PowerPoint) A passion for sustainability and a data-first mindset Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail Ability to work cross-functionally, particularly with Sales and Finance teams Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with ESG reporting standards (GRI, SASB, CSRD, etc.) Exposure to AI, Python, or other automation tools Experience with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) Strong Creativity, Self-driven, Empathy, Teaming and Tenacity will be key successful leadership skills for this role.
