Duration: 1–3 months (extendable or full-time job offer) Stipend: Depends upon event scale and commitment Stipend/Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 INR/month (depending upon performance, complexity of role, and time committed) Roles/Responsibilities: Event Setup & Technical Operations Support setting up LAN hardware: PCs, routers, monitors, and network switches Coordinate with IT teams to provide low-latency, secure, and uninterrupted network environments Test and handle audio-visual equipment (cameras, mixers, displays) Live Event Support Work with casters, streamers, and observers to ensure uninterrupted broadcast continuity Keep track of real-time production applications (i.e., OBS, vMix, Stream Deck) Control overlays, in-game camera positioning, and transitions Logistics & Coordination Coordinate with tournament admins, player managers, and venue staff to align schedules Ensure real-time communication between all production units Troubleshoot and escalate technical problems during the event Content & Post-Production Support Record gameplay and BTS footage for reels and highlight edits Assistance in coordinating digital assets and production files Best Qualifications (Fresher-Friendly): Esports enthusiasm and good knowledge of gaming culture (FPS, MOBA, Battle Royale, etc.) Primer knowledge of PC hardware, LAN configurations, and internet protocols experience with streaming software (OBS, vMix, XSplit – basics is fine) Good organizational skills, multitasking, and composure under pressure Flexibility to work odd hours, including weekends during tournaments Strong communication and teamwork skills ✅ Bonus Skills (Not Required): Experience working with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) Practical experience with game titles such as BGMI, Valorant, CS2, Dota 2, etc. Familiarity with Discord moderation, Trello, or Airtable Knowledge of fundamental audio-mixing or camera operations What You'll Gain: Real-world experience in live esports event production Networking with industry professionals Letter of recommendation and portfolio-worthy experience Offer for full-time production or community manager position Show more Show less
