Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and responsible IT Admin Intern to assist our DevOps engineer in managing day-to-day IT infrastructure tasks. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a foundation in IT support, networking, and Linux system administration. Responsibilities: Assist with basic hardware setups and troubleshooting (PCs, laptops, printers, etc.) Support in network maintenance – LAN/WAN configuration, internet issues, router/modem setups Perform basic Linux OS tasks – directory navigation, file permissions, service management Help monitor system performance, backups, and update logs Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation Provide day-to-day technical support to internal users Requirements: Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, Subnetting, etc.) Familiarity with Linux commands and file system structure Knowledge of computer hardware and peripheral troubleshooting Good communication and problem-solving skills Eagerness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks Good to Have (Not Mandatory): Experience with any Linux distro (Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.) Basic scripting knowledge (bash/shell) Understanding of DevOps or cloud concepts is a plus If you're passionate about IT and looking to grow in a hands-on environment, we’d love to hear from you!
