In this role, as an SAP DM Lead, should possesses strong expertise in SAP BODS and S/4HANA migration tools like LTMC, LTMOM, and Migration Cockpit. With hands-on experience in LSMW, BDC, data reconciliation, and functional knowledge across modules. Must be excel at executing end-to-end migration processes with precision and clarity. Responsibilities . Involved with challenging projects in management, process, and IT consulting with a focus on discrete manufacturing . Conduct workshops and consult, design, and lead innovative SAP DM (DMC) implementations. . Act in a functional consulting role for analysis, design, conception, prototyping, realization, testing, rollout, and support. Design concepts to process data and overall architecture to enable digital production. . Define, design and configure integration to other SAP modules (specifically SAP PP, QM, PM, IM, EWM, MII, PCo). Prepare functional specifications for development work. . Conduct functional testing to ensure accurate configuration and development. . Assume partial project management responsibility. Prepare process flows /training documents and execute training of our client&rsquos business owners and users. Create long-term relationships with clients. . Identify and lead business development and presales activities including proofs-of-concept, demos, presentations, webinars, blog posts, RFP responses, estimations, proposals, leads & opportunities follow-up. . Expertise in relevant manufacturing industry and/or consulting experience. Successful demonstration of business development with new and existing clients . At least 2 full SAP DM project implementations. . Knowledge of production planning, production master data, MRP, shop floor order creation/tracking, shop floor quality, logistics, and plant maintenance processes . Knowledge of SAP DM site setups, shop floor master data, shop floor execution and tracking, ERP integration, PODs, data collection (DC), genealogy, returns management, site-to-site transfer, etc. Knowledge of integration points of SAP DM / ME to other SAP components . Profound SAP project and Go-Live experience (SAP implementation approach) . Experience preparing and presenting proofs-of-concept, demos, proposals, RFP responses . Experience preparing and presenting webinars, manufacturing events . Must be self-motivated and capable of working under minimal supervision of a manager. . Must possess the necessary leadership, team building, motivation, and delegation skills to efficiently coordinate the efforts of a team toward accomplishing a common goal . Experience with exploiting the convergence of OT and IT to drive digital transformation in manufacturing. Ability to recognize and evaluate client business/technical needs and establish change initiatives to meet these needs. .
