As an IT Support Executive at dipoletechi, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients and end-users. With 1 to 4 years of experience in the field, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of services while adhering to agreed-upon SLAs. Your primary objective will be to act as the central point of contact for all end-user issues, offering both remote and on-site support solutions. Your daily tasks will involve identifying, documenting, and resolving service requests in line with the company's problem management processes. From proactive maintenance of hardware and software to routine server health checks, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless operation. Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors when necessary to maintain timely service delivery. To excel in this role, you must possess a wide range of competencies including PC/Laptop troubleshooting, network problem management, virus removal, and server maintenance. Your exceptional customer service and communication skills will be instrumental in providing high-quality support to all stakeholders. Your day-to-day activities will be overseen by the Service Desk Manager, who will manage the N-Central Monitoring Solution and ensure proper prioritization of service requests. Your typical day will involve logging into CRM and RMM systems, addressing newly-assigned service requests, and working on tasks based on priority and SLA requirements.
