Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven: Utilize ATS, CRM, and automation tools to improve hiring workflows and make data-backed decisions. Ideal Candidate 5+ years of experience in recruiting. Strong knowledge of Boolean search, sourcing strategies, and recruitment automation tools. High energy, passionate, and eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
