Mechanical Design Experience (2 - 5yrs) :- Strong in Mechanical Engineering basics, Design and Calculation CAD tools : Strong in Solidworks, Inventor , AutoCAD , (Revit ,Creo), and basics of PDM CAD Skill : Expert in Modeling, Weldment, Detailing, Assembly, Sheet metal design Knowledge of Structural design ,GD&T ,Welding standard must . Good understanding of Design requirement Good communication skills Electrical Fresher (0 - 2yrs) :- Applicants should have knowledge on Electrical Basic concepts & theories, Transformers, Circuit Theory, Switchgear, Control and Protection panels. Get fully prepared to work with the Basic AutoCAD software tool. Technical Discussion will be conducted after Technical Aptitude Exam. Applicants related to Electrical Maintenance, Testing & Commissioning or Quality domain can also attend. Electrical Design Experience (2 - 5yrs) :- Strong Experience in Designing Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Switchgear Panels, including Control and Protection Panels, MCCs, VCB, ACB and Relay Panels. Familiarity with IEEE, ANSI, UL, standards is required. Knowledge in Electrical standards and specifications. Develop detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts. Proficiency in Design Software such as AutoCAD . Other Details Qualification :BE/ B.Tech Electrical JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Please mention in below table) 1 Planning & Execution of the project involves installations, commissioning and testing of electrical equipment like Motor control system, power control system, Transformer, HT,panels, APFC Panel, AC motor , MLDB, PRP, PDB, etc.. 2. Electrical power applications for HT/DG/Transformer Licensing work with GEB. 3. Responsible for Lock out Tag out procedure, cable routing, Earthing and grounding work of equipment. Responsible for performing operations/ routine maintenance of electrical equipment like PCC, MCC,VCB, ACB, Motor, VFD (AC variable speed drive), Transformer & DG Set etc. 4. Prepared All types of documents related to job (Daily Report, Material Inventory Status, BOM, BOQ), giving instructions for usage of safety equipment During job execution to prevent accidents. Conduct tool box talk before new work starts. Instruct Usage of PPEs.
