Preferred candidate profile 1) Should have related experience in Electro-mechanical products. 2) Should have vigilant production monitoring skills 3) Should be able to inspect PCBAs as per IPC-A-610 standard 4) Should be able to test PCBA as per the SOP provided. 5) Should be able to do inspections for Incoming materials like mechanical components, wiring harness, PCBA etc. 6) Should be able to know how to use measuring instruments like Vernier calliper, Micro-meter, Multi-meter, Function generator / voltage source. 7) Should be able to understand GD and T symbols and understand the mechanical drawings. 8) Good knowledge over ESD / MSD and other industry related standards 9) Should be able to audit suppliers and evaluate their performances 10) Should be able prepare checklists and do in-process inspection 11) Should be able prepare checklists and do final quality inspection. 12) Should be able to raise ECR (Engineering change requests) and DCN (Document change notes). 13) Should be able to perform final acceptance tests like functionality tests, leak tests. 14) Should be willing to learn new technologies like image processing and software testing. 15) Should have good knowledge of MS office. 16) Good knowledge over the QMS is an added advantage. 17) Ability to prepare work instructions and control its configuration is an added advantage.
