Your qualifications and skills should include a Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical, mechatronics, or a related field from a Tier 1 technology institute, with a strong academic record. Postgraduate degrees with a specialization in operations or related fields are a plus. You should have at least 3 years of experience in electronics design or related areas, with proven expertise in areas such as PCBA design, system architecture, and cost optimization. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients. Flexibility, adaptability, and self-motivation are key traits for success in this role, as you navigate dynamic and fast-paced environments.
