Roles & Responsibilities Supporting in development of new product, re-design and value engineering of existing products. Execute VAVE study and identify the cost out opportunities which are quality neutral. Design schematic of digital, mix signal & power electronics circuits to meet the requirement. PCBA prototyping, board bring-up and test, debug. Create the design documents, validation and test plan mapping to the requirements. Provide detailed requirement for FCT of PCBA to make sure meet design requirement. Essential Skills: Analog Precision amplifiers, Thermocouples and RTD, Pressure and flow sensors, High speed ADC and DAC. Power LDOs, Switching regulators, High voltage circuits and AC-DC converters. Communication/Data interface SPI, I2C, LVDS, USB, Ethernet Processor ARM processor family, FPGA and CPLD Component Engineering Component life cycle and RoHS, Reach compliance. Full time experience in digital and analog hardware design with advanced microcontroller, FPGA/CPLD, high speed ADC and DAC. Good experience with PCBA process and board bringup. Strong knowledge in alternate design analysis/part substitute for cost out ideas including design analysis for functional, quality and reliability. Experience in practices for Design for Test (DFT) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM). Proficient in test and debugging instruments like DSO, logic analyzer, spectrum analyzer and EMI/EMC test simulators. Hands on experience on EDA Tools like Altium, OrCAD and Mentor Graphics etc.

Submitting the names of the products that should be prioritized in the next month according to the production plan to the planning unit and requesting the serial numbers to be issued. Sticking the serial numbers on the required cards and delivering them to the varnishing or packaging stations. Collecting defective and irreparable scrap cards and delivering them to the unit supervisor at the end of each month. Taking part in the annual count when requested by the management. Fulfilling all the various duties and responsibilities assigned by his/her managers. Complying with the occupational health and safety rules and monitoring the compliance. Complying with the necessary Environmental and OHS measures specified in processes and instructions. Participating in the emergency drills. Reporting the hazardous situations that may cause occupational or environmental accidents to the HR & Administrative Affairs Unit. Using the necessary protective equipment. Disposing the wastes appropriately at the points designated by Waste Management, Contributing to the development of the system with improvement suggestions on Quality, Environment and OHS. Being careful and meticulous in the use of electricity and water in order to reduce the use of natural resources. Reporting near miss events to the Occupational Safety Specialist and the upper manager and helping to take precautions. Taking care to minimize the consumption of natural resources on a personal basis and contributing to the measures identified by Arkel in order to reduce energy consumption, Fulfilling completely his/her duties on emergency communication and plans, Obeying the safety signs and signalers.

Create Schematics using Computer-Aided Design Altium/ Eagle platform tools. Create PCB Circuit layouts and documentation from schematics using Altium/ Eagle tools considering Layer Stack up, Multilayer Board, EMI/EMC checks, High Speed Design etc. Designed up to 8 layers. Worked in Mixed signal, powerboard, RF boards of placement and routing with guidelines. Important High-Speed Interfaces: Processor, DDR3, USB3, MIPI CSI-DSI, EMMC, SDIO and wireless interface antenna Layout Design Worked on protecting high frequency signals and clock signals from interfacing and noise by providing ground guarding Knowledge on Layer Stack-up for Impedance control boards, Power boards and High Speed SOC Board Knowledge on using blind and buried vias. Process PCB , Flex and rigid-flex Circuit layouts for pattern generation, documentation, and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) files for fabrication and assembly Work closely with Product Design Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, and Designers to produce the optimal PCB and for power supplies distribution layout, and other product circuits Produce and maintain all documentation and engineering drawings for PCB Circuit designs Creating PCB footprints SMD & Through hole as per IPC standards and component library Development. Design Rule check and net list analysis to generate error free net list Incorporate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to PCB Circuit designs. Uses tools to calculate dimensions and tolerances to assure function, fit, and manu- facturability of components and assemblies, and performs component research to recommend design alternatives, and contributes to technical designs and documentation. Maintain the record of PCB design and its revision. May perform other duties as assigned Provide support to collaborate with Electronics Manufacturing Service vendors Familiar with communication protocols such as USB, I2C, SPI, UART, I2S and implementation practices of the same on PCB Layout Diverse experience in multicore microcontroller/ microprocessor based circuit design and bring-up.
