About the Role We are looking for a skilled Electronics Engineer with hands-on experience in PCB routing and design . The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in using OrCAD/Allegro PCB design tools , with a background in electronics circuit design and development. Key Responsibilities Design and develop schematics and multi-layer PCB layouts for electronic circuits. Perform PCB routing, placement, and optimization ensuring signal integrity and manufacturability. Work with cross-functional teams (hardware, mechanical, manufacturing) to ensure PCB designs meet system requirements. Conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFT (Design for Testability) checks. Collaborate with vendors and fabrication houses for PCB manufacturing and assembly. Review and troubleshoot PCB designs, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards. Maintain design documentation, BOMs, and revision control. Key Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of PCB design, routing, and layout principles . Hands-on experience with OrCAD and/or Allegro PCB Design Suite . Understanding of high-speed design, EMI/EMC considerations, and signal integrity . Familiarity with Gerber file generation and PCB manufacturing processes. Knowledge of electronics components, circuits, and system integration . Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or related field. 2–3 years of experience in PCB design and routing.
