AV Tech support - online tech support and offline tech support. product troubleshooting and product testing Qualifications Bachelors in Engineering in Electrical/ Electronics/Computer Science/Computer Applications or equivalent is mandatory Preferably 4-8 years experience in handling technical profile Should have comprehensive knowledge of the technologies in the industry like Audio Visual technologies, Networking & IP technologies. Knowledge of Unified communication will be added advantage. Certifications like CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D, any Audio-visual technology certification, CCNA and any other networking certifications are preferred. Should have good written and oral communication in English language.
